Queanbeyan Players Annual General Meeting - 8th March

Yes, its that time of year again! Our AGM will be held on:

Sunday, 8th March 2025

6:00pm

Menzies Room, Royal Hotel, Queanbeyan

You are all welcome to join us for dinner downstairs in the Bistro afterwards.

We would love to see you at our AGM. All positions will become vacant, and nominations are most welcome for the committee.

Executive: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary

General Committee: Up to 8 members.

Total Committee: consists of a maximum 12 members.

Nomination form, Membership form and Proxy Voting form are attached below.

To vote at the AGM you must be a financial member of Queanbeyan Players Inc.
